The HVAC/R Dispatch Analyst is responsible for dispatching of maintenance calls, administration of work order process flow, administration of necessary maintenance and environmental records retentions, and production of various reports associated. Candidates should have previous reactionary services dispatching experience and possess excellent communications skills in order to be considered for this role.  This position is an in-office opportunity only and sits at our Pearland, Texas location.  

The essential job functions inclulde, but are not limited to:

• Monitor and analyze multiple Building Management Systems (BMS) through a remote access to identify deficiencies(Alarms and Errors)

• Using the BMS systems, you will assist in troubleshooting of Alarms and Errors

• All assets with present alarms will be researched in the work order asset management system (maintenance software)

• Liaison with HVAC/R Maintenance District Managers to ensure all BMS systems are online and accurate

• Consult with the HVAC/R Maintenance District Managers of any continued alarming or high priority alarms

• Create work orders and send to the correct vendor with the correct supporting information

• Track all HVAC/R work orders

• Maintain confidentiality
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned

The position requirements include, but are not limited to:

• 3 - 5 years of relevant Maintenance Dispatching experience preferred, not required
• 3 - 5 years of knowledge in the area of HVAC and/or Refrigeration operation, ie; knowing the major components and sequence of cycles of refrigeration
• Proficient skill level with Microsoft Applications
